1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using annapurnaaccounting.com and our accounting software, mobile apps, or corporate advisory services provided by Annapurna Trading & Accounting Pvt. Ltd., you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not access our services.

2. Software License & Usage

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use our IRD-compliant billing and multi-warehouse inventory software for your authorized gas dealership operations.

• Compliance: Users must maintain compliance with Inland Revenue Department (IRD) regulations for billing and fiscal reporting.
• Account Security: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your admin and staff credentials.

3. Intellectual Property

All software code, user interface designs, documentation, branding, and system architecture associated with Annapurna Trading & Accounting Pvt. Ltd. are our exclusive property and are protected under copyright laws.

4. Limitation of Liability

Annapurna Trading & Accounting Pvt. Ltd. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from internet outages, hardware failures, or unauthorized data access outside our direct operational control.

5. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Nepal, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in Bagmati Province, Kathmandu.
